We provide free, one-way ground shipping on all U.S. orders $50 or more, from our warehouse in New Jersey. We are pleased to also offer free returns on orders over $300.
Orders $300 or more require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Please keep in mind that orders placed after noon ET are not guaranteed to go out the same day. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Express orders are fulfilled on business days and will be delivered in 2 business days from the date of fulfilment.
If your order is marked as delivered but has not yet been received, we kindly ask that you allow up to 3 business days for the package to arrive. Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered prematurely, and it often arrives shortly thereafter.
If your package is experiencing a transit delay, please know that our customer service team is happy to initiate a mail search request on your behalf. This process typically takes 3–5 business days to complete before a resolution can be provided.
*Fine Jewelry pieces are made to order & shipped out separately within 5 business days upon ordering. Lab grown diamonds ship within 7 business days.
*Rugs ship out separately and may require a longer lead time.
All orders with PO/APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Most orders shipping to US destinations go out via UPS or USPS. Certain domestic shipments with fragile items are shipped via FedEx.
