WEBSITE RETURNS

We are pleased to offer free returns on US orders over $300. A flat $5 fee for return shipping costs will be deducted on domestic orders less than $300. If you are unhappy with your unworn, packaged, and tagged garment for any reason, you may return it in accordance with the Returns Policy below.

 



RETURN POLICY

• The Natori Company will only accept returns for items purchased on natori.com or through Natori's social channels. We cannot accept returns for items bought from other retailers, including Amazon.

• Items purchased from The Natori Company via www.natori.com can only be returned using this policy. Department stores, boutiques, and other stores that carry product made by The Natori Company will not accept returns of items purchased at www.natori.com.

• All items returned to www.natori.com must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with original product packaging and tags attached. Underwear must be worn when trying-on your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear and do not meet our standards. Any evidence against this policy will result in a refusal of your return.

• We recommend shipping each return order separately, as each return is processed with its own tracking number and documented items. Combining orders in one package will affect our ability to guarantee a refund for any missing items. If you choose to return multiple orders together, please include all packing slips inside the package and confirm with the Customer Service team.

• Legwear, including socks & tights can be fully refunded within 30 days if unused and unopened unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• Returns authorized within 30 days of purchase and returned in acceptable condition will be credited at item price to the original form of payment (including any tax, but not including any shipping fees paid). A $5 fee return fee will be deducted on orders under $300.

• If for any reason there are quality issues with your items please contact us at help@natori.com within 90 days of your purchase.

• The Natori Company reserves the right to make final judgment on all returns.

• Price adjustments will only be honored within 7 business days of the purchase date. To be eligible, the item must be the exact same style, size, and color as the product currently on sale. Price adjustments for sale items from for 3rd party retailers will be at the company’s discretion.

• Promo codes cannot be combined with other promo codes or automatic promotions, except for with our bundle promotions. Only one promo code can be applied per order.

• Should your order be marked as delivered but not received, you must contact us within 30 days of the carrier's posted delivery date for a resolution. The Natori Company is not liable for unreceived orders not communicated within 30 days of delivery.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS

Items on natori.com will automatically be eligible for a refund through January 15, 2026. Order date must be between November 1, 2025 and December 24, 2025.

 

FINE JEWELRY RETURNS

Items purchased from natori.com are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be unworn and in the state that you received them. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance with returning Fine Jewelry orders.

 

RUG RETURNS

Items purchased from natori.com are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be unused and in the state that you received them. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance with returning Rug orders.

 



RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item/items, please take the following steps:

1) Create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You will need the order number and the zip code of the order's shipping address.

2) Follow the prompts in selecting the item(s) to return and the reason you are returning.

3) Drop your sealed return package at a USPS drop box or hand to a postal service agent.

4) We will notify you by e-mail once the return has been received and processed. Typically, returns are processed and refunds are issued to your bank within 10-14 business days of receipt to our warehouse. Refunds can be expected 3-5 days after processing. If you have any questions about the return process, or if you need a copy of your order confirmation, please e-mail our Customer Service department at help@natori.com.

 

If you prefer to use the carrier of your choice and create your own label, we recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Natori is not responsible for any lost packages shipped outside of our return portal.
