"I’ve been wearing this style happily for many years and something has changed. Fit is the same but these bras are creaky! They make tons of creaking and squeaking noises as I move through my day. I tried different colors and the same. I think something las changed in the hardware. No better after washing. Very embarrassing."

Annoying returns process

"I purchased the bra online with confidence because I have another bra from Natori in the same size that fits well. This one did not fit at all so I started the returns process. I was surprised to find out that I had to physically go in to a post office and wait at a counter for a postal worker to print my return label. I wish I could have just printed the label myself at home. Natori returns process added a few extra layers of complication and negated the convenience of online shopping."
