Terrible customer service

"I ordered over $150. 00 of product from Natori based on reviews. I found the hipsters to be comfortable, but doubt they will last long and so over priced. Additionally, I found one of the pairs to fit differently than the others in such a way to be unwearable. I wrote to Natori thinking that this pair would be replaced with one that was not defective, but customer service decided that my actual experience in wearing them was not evidence of the issue. So very disappointing."
